A Demons Day Out

Phantom Echoes:
The Veiled Champion

A fast-paced roguelike action-adventure with skill-based combat. Play as a cloaked warrior, using melee and ranged attacks against evolving enemies. Each run offers new challenges, weapons, and upgrades. Train at a central hub, refine your strategy, and face powerful bosses. Master the combat and prove your skill.

QUACK TEAM 6

This was primarily our team’s experiment in developing mobile games using GameMaker while navigating the quirks of the Google Play API extension. It allowed us to refine our approach to optimization, integration, and platform-specific challenges.

RIVAL BRAWL

“Rival Brawl” is an in-development 3D singleplayer action-fighting game with RPG elements, developed by Outmind Studio. It merges the raw challenges of personal conflict with intense beat ‘em up combat, offering a blend of dynamic action and emotional storytelling for a uniquely immersive experience.

Noodle Hustle: Warung Life

“Noodle Hustle: Warung Life” is an in-development simulation game that puts players at the heart of a bustling Indonesian “Warmindo.” From perfecting the art of cooking instant noodles to managing finances and serving hungry customers, every choice shapes the success of your business. Immerse yourself in the vibrant street-food culture as you juggle daily challenges, build your reputation, and experience the authentic hustle of local warung life

Futures Untold

“Futures Untold” is an interactive adventure puzzle created in Unity, where each completed mission influences the fate of a rural village. The game features four specialized mini-games—centered on Infrastructure, Education, Economy, and Health—that collectively shape the community’s future. Players move using the WASD keys and jump with the Spacebar, immersing themselves in a narrative where every choice carries the weight of possibility and potential change.

My Best Life

My Best Life is our take on a large-scale farming and life-sim game, blending the best elements of Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley—but bigger and packed with even more mechanics. Built in GameMaker, it features farming, fishing, crafting, relationships, and a variety of mini-games to keep things fresh.

With split-screen multiplayer, you can share the experience with friends, and every core feature from similar games is expanded upon. Our goal was to push GameMaker to its limits, creating a deep, interactive world where players can truly live their best life.

Sonic GM Physics Engine

Sonic GM Physics Engine utilizes highly advanced physics calculations and structural systems to accurately replicate the movement and mechanics of classic Sonic games. Built in GameMaker, this engine delivers precise momentum, acceleration, and collision handling, ensuring an authentic high-speed platforming experience.

Designed to be studio-ready, it requires minimal modifications—just swap out the assets, and it’s ready for full-scale development. Every element, from terrain interactions to intricate movement physics, has been fine-tuned to match the feel of official Sonic titles while allowing for easy customization and expansion.

For this project, I developed an Inventory System + Pokémon-style Party Management setup, designed for flexibility and efficiency. The system allows seamless item storage, usage, and equipment handling while integrating a party-based character management structure.

Inspired by Pokémon’s party system, it enables easy swapping, leveling, and status tracking of multiple units, ensuring smooth transitions between active and stored members. Built with modularity in mind, it can be adapted to different game genres, making it a versatile foundation for RPGs, monster collectors, or strategy games.
